What is ZooPrinter?

With extensive experience in marketing, particularly from managing customer events, we understand firsthand the time-consuming nature of manual name badge printing. Many existing solutions in the market prove prohibitively expensive and lack the flexibility to accommodate various hardware configurations or incorporate custom features. This insight inspired us to develop our own platform, addressing these challenges head-on.

Easy to Use & Flexible

We've prioritized simplicity in our user interface design. Our software offers an automatic mode capable of swiftly reading QR codes and instantly printing corresponding Name Badges, streamlining the process for customers who can then easily attach them to their lanyards. Additionally, our manual mode enables the printing of individual name badges or bulk printing directly from an Excel file. For added convenience, we provide a pre-built setup featuring the ZooPrinter Software, a Zebra Label Printer, and an OMRON Code Reader, ensuring a seamless experience out of the box.
